# Contacts – How to Export

Exporting contacts allows you to download a list of the Leads registered in SprintHub for analysis, backups, or use in other tools.

### Attention:

It is not possible to export service interactions, only Contacts.\

The export respects the filters applied on the screen. If you use filters or segments, only the matching contacts will be exported.

Follow the step-by-step guide below:<br>

1. Access **Menu** > **General** > **Contacts**.

   Or, if you prefer, use the field **Find Services** and search for **Export Contacts**.

2\. Select the Contacts you want to export using the checkbox next to each name. Then click the Export option, located in the bottom bar of the screen.

3. Choose which information you want to include in the export and select the desired file format (for example, XLSX, CSV, and JSON).
