# Contacts - WhatsApp Field - How to enter the WhatsApp number manually

At SprintHub, there is the possibility to manually insert or edit the Contact's WhatsApp account.

### **Lead Number Validation**

For the Lead's number to be validated correctly, it is necessary to enter the phone number with the **country code (+55)** and also the **ninth digit** for numbers from Brazil.

**Example (Brazil):**\
+55 41 99999-9999

For foreign numbers, simply enter the **country code of the corresponding country** followed by the phone number.

After entering it, when the WhatsApp account exists for that number, the **WhatsApp icon** will be displayed next to the phone number, indicating the contact validation.
{% endhint %}
