Tags help organize contacts, segment audiences, and make actions in the system easier. They can be added manually or in bulk via automation.
💡 Tags can also be added manually via Support, CRM and Contacts, in addition to being linked via API or by importing contacts through CSV/XLSX.
Menu → General → Contacts Or type the function in Find Services
Access the desired contact
Click on Edit
In the Tags, select or add the desired tags
Save the changes
Access the desired contact
Click on Edit
In the Tags, remove the desired tag
Save the changes
