Pop-up - Integration with External Website
In SprintHub, you can use the Pop-up within the External Website, allowing you to manage your support tickets and close your sales in one place.
To use the "Pop-up" on an External Site, follow the step-by-step guide:
Select in all services, by clicking on "Convert" and then "Pop-up", if you wish, you can type in the search bar "Pop-up".
With your "Pop-up" already created, click on the name of the "Title"
You will be redirected to the record tracking page, where you can check recent modified activities and view statistics by day and totals.
Recent activities: All modifications made.
Statistics: To track both individual and total views, allowing you to define the period you want.

To insert "Pop-up" into the "Landing Pages" created in SprintHub, you can use the "Landing Pages" editor itself, but if you want a bit more flexibility or are using an external website, follow one of the methods below.
To display the "Pop-up" manually, use the following function on your page:

In SprintHub we have two methods for use:
Automatic Method (Recommended): Being able to generate the "Pop-up" automatically on your website, so that it is always updated, even when you make changes to it. Copy the code below and paste it into your website, at the position where you want your "Pop-up" to be.
Manual Method: Whenever you modify the "Pop-up"in SprintHub, you will need to update the"Pop-up" on the website manually again. Even so, you will have more flexibility to change the code as you wish. Copy and paste the code below inside the tag or your document.
Copy the code below and paste it into your website, at the position where you want your "Pop-up" to be.
