# Forms - Create Access Link for a Form
To create the Access Link for your form, follow the steps below:
After creating your form, click on '**Close**';
After that, click on '**Save and Close**'.
Now, generate your **Access Link**;
After the success message, just click to open your form's page and view the information;
On your form's page, you will have access to essential information, such as the **form link**, **statistics**, **recent activities** and much more;
