# Forms - The number is not a valid WhatsApp number

In **Converter > Forms** it is possible **to create form**s for the **lead qualification**.

Forms **usually ask for lead data** such as: **full name, email and whatsapp**.

In the **Builder** when **selecting a Phone field** and clicking on the **Settings tab** there is an option called **“Validate Whatsapp”**.

<mark style="color:red;">**This condition can only be checked if Whatsapp is properly connected to SprintHub.**</mark>&#x20;

If Whatsapp has any connection problem, when submitting the form the following error will be shown:

If this error is happening, **check the connection status of your Whatsapp.**

If it has any status **other than "Connected"**, click on **Options > Start/Restart Service**
