Forms - The number is not a valid WhatsApp number

In Convert > Forms it is possible to create forms for the lead qualification.

Forms usually ask for lead data such as: full name, email and WhatsApp.

No Builder when selecting a Phone field and clicking on the Settings tab there is an option called “Validate WhatsApp”.

This condition can only be verified if WhatsApp is properly connected to SprintHub.

If WhatsApp has any connection problem, when submitting the form the following error will be shown:

If this error is occurring, check the status of your WhatsApp connection.

If it has any status other than "Connected", click on Options > Start/Restart Service
