Chatbot - Unarchive Contacts

At SprintHub, reactivating archived Contacts is simple: just contact them again through support and go through a chatbot configured to perform automatic unarchiving.

Important:

The Contact will only be unarchived if the instance is still within the Lead limit allowed by the subscribed plan.

How to configure the chatbot to unarchive Contacts

Follow the steps below to create and configure your chatbot.

1. Create the Chatbot

Access the Chatbot module through “Find Services” or type the name in the search to locate the feature.

2. Configure the Chatbot

Fill in the information below:

Title Set a descriptive name to easily identify the chatbot.

Description Add a description detailing the chatbot’s purpose and operation.

Trigger Configure when the chatbot will be triggered. At this stage, it is possible to define:

• Triggers;

• Conditions;

• Business hours;

• Startup settings;

• Other additional options.

These settings ensure that the chatbot works according to the desired strategy.

After configuration, click “Open Builder” to create the bot flow with its actions and conditions.

Important settings

Allow Leads to chat with the bot multiple times? This option should be defined according to your strategy.

• YES: the Lead will go through the chatbot every time the configured trigger is activated;

• NO: the Lead will go through the flow only once.

Automatically unarchive the Lead when starting the chatbot? When selecting “YES”, the chatbot will automatically unarchive the Contact.

Attention: unarchiving will only happen if the instance is within the Lead limit allowed by the plan.

How to use this feature

After configuration, when an archived Lead contacts you again through support and the chatbot is triggered, it can be automatically unarchived, allowing service to resume and new conversion opportunities to arise.
