# Integrated Webhook - Olist for SprintHub

Process automation between tools is essential to ensure an efficient and integrated workflow. In this article, we will cover how to configure Olist webhooks in SprintHub, enabling the automatic capture of important events and optimizing information management between systems.

#### Step 1: Configuration in Olist ERP

* Log in to Olist ERP: Access the platform using your credentials.
* Access the ERP System Settings: click Settings in the main menu, then select ERP System Settings.

Make sure the following features are installed and enabled:

* API Token
* Webhooks

* Configure the Webhooks: navigate to the Webhooks tab.

* Registration: Create a test customer or supplier record.
