# Reports - CRM: Lost Opportunities
To view the lost opportunities indicators by loss reason, follow these steps:
1- In the search, type Reports, click +New
2- Enter a name. For the report type, choose CRM >> Created Opportunities;
and in the filter, choose the opportunity date.
3- In this example, we chose the chart view mode by “Loss Reason” and segmented by “Owner”.
Save the report.
