# Configuring Access to Records in Meta

Through this setting you can control which people and CRMs can access your records by customizing the record access settings. By default, all Page administrators and CRMs connected to the Page can access the records, **and once enabled, all other integrations must be accepted manually.**

Such action is necessary in cases where leads are NOT reaching SprintHub from Meta forms, for example.

Follow the steps below to perform the configuration:

1. Log in to your account on [https://business.facebook.com](https://business.facebook.com/)
2. In the Settings icon, select Integrations
3. Click on Record Access
4. Select Customize Access

5. The following WARNING will be displayed:

**If you customize your record access, new Page administrators and CRMs will not have access by default. It will be necessary to assign access manually.**

Click Confirm to proceed

6. On the CRMs tab, you will see the existing integrations. In this example, there is only one CRM with access enabled, SprintHub. If you want to integrate other platforms, access must be granted manually.
